Very disappointed with the candidate experience. It was awful. I somehow made it to a final round interview for a job I wasn’t even qualified for. Apparently the recruiter submitted me without fully understanding the qualifications of the job. Unsure how I made it to a final interview with none of the experience the hiring managers were looking for. Overall, it was a waste of time.

Do you have experience with software implementation
Straightforward, standard questions by the book, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Classical PM questions, some were related to usage of AI in the daily work and to team management
I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.

Getting a referral for a job is a massive advantage. No salary was disclosed I was asked what I would expect first. Interview was pretty casual and easy going. Would recommend
