I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce in May 2021
Interview
The normal process would be to have 5-6 rounds of interviews. 1 with the hiring manager, 2 with the product teams, 1-2 with engineering leads and 1 with the VP.
Questions are largely based on current experience and what you are working on. The rest are regular PM process questions where you need to quote from experience. There were a couple of questions on writing use cases as well in hypothetical scenarios. Overall, a good experience.
Straightforward, standard questions by the book, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Classical PM questions, some were related to usage of AI in the daily work and to team management
I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.
