I gave my resume to a recruiter my school's career fair where we discussed possible positions at Saint-Gobain. Within a couple days, I had someone emailing me in regards to potentially setting up a phone interview for the EoM position. When the day of the phone interview came, a received an email cancelling the interview 8 MINUTES before my scheduled call. The email also said that someone would reach out to me in regards to rescheduling the interview. About a week passed by, and I haven't heard anything. I thought to reach back out again only for someone to tell me that they are unable to get my phone interview rescheduled and then reaching out to me again to notify me that they will not be moving forward with my interview process. This experience was extremely unprofessional; my time was not respected - I am extremely disappointed in how operations are handled here and this tells me a lot about the company's culture: cold.
