I got an email that started with "Hi ," which leads me to believe my name was supposed to go before the comma. The email claimed to have seen my resume and to think I was a good fit for the offer. Upon following the link in the email, I find out they're looking for university graduates (not me) that live in Barcelona (also not me). If they even bothered to read my resume they wouldn't have wasted my time. I don't think very highly of a company that doesn't even learn my name to fill into its copy-pasted email template.
