Never spoken to any human being. The process started in December, although the programme would start in October. A week or so after applying I received an online assessment (behavioural tests). A couple of weeks later, a virtual interview that I had to record, with 2 minutes' time to answer each question. Then, radio silence, I didn't know when to expect the next stage to take place, I even asked, but they replied that it was too soon to tell (given the long wait until the potential start date, it would have been useful to know the approximate date for the next stage, to make sure I was available). In May, a real human reached out, saying that I had passed the previous steps, and that the hiring managers would review again my online interview and, if I passed this further screening, I would be invited to an in-person assessment. This assessment would have taken place 10 days after this email, with a fixed date, which means that I could have potentially been in another country and they would have lost a candidate due to poor organisation. Finally, I was ghosted. I emailed twice to at least get a confirmation that I was not selected to take part on the final screening, but the human never replied...
