      National Account Manager Interview

      Jan 18, 2011
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sage in Dec 2010

      Interview

I went through a 3 stage interview process that began with a H.R. Consultant and progressed through the hiring sales director and ended with the Vice President. The initial and subsequent interview were clear in terms of the scope of the role and interview steps and more conversational in nature. My final interview was also conversational in nature but there were inconsistencies in the VP's understanding of the role and the description provided by HR and the director. All three individuals were polite and friendly but I couldn't measure how my answers were received. I was disappointed in the lack of a response after the final interview in spite of several voice and email messages that I had left with them.
