A lot of steps. Starting with 3 minute interview, then FGD, then the real interview with the user. The FGD in particular was very competitive as everyone wants to dominate the group.

Highly experienced HR. Very efficient in following up. Interview session is sharp no extra time. However, make sure to apply early as the process will take some time. 3 stage of interview and you'll go through from call interview, test, team assesment and final interview with HR manager.
