1st Telephonic- Has basic engineering questions and gauge your communication skills 2nd Face to face - 10 mins presentation of your current job followed by technical interview, 3rd - If cleared then sent to HR round for salary negotiations. 4th - Medical 5th -Offer letter The interviews very significantly difficult compared to a lot of other company interview i attended. The question tested your knowledge in basic engineering, the interviewers were smart enough not to ask typical text book interview questions
