I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SLB (Houston, TX) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process started with a pre-screening call, then another call to set up the initial interview. At the end of the Teams Call initial interview, I was told by the hiring manager that I would be contacted by the recruiter in ~5 days to let me know whether or the interviewing process would continue to the next step. After 14 days, I still have not received any feedback.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SLB (Houston, TX)
Interview
Interview was very friendly and no tough questions, just overall about my experience and goals. Some questions were related to job duties to understand if I can handle it, but I have an impression that Schlumberger overall look at your past experience to understand your personality, what and how you achieve to fir the role. You may not necessarily have the experience to do the job, but if hired you learn on the go and that's a fun part of it.
