I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SLB (Morgantown, WV)
Interview
I have a BA in physics and applied to this job online. About a week and a half later I was informed through my college (you can apply to jobs with an online service through my college) that I had an interview. The interview was VERY easy and the woman I spoke with was very nice.
She asked basic questions: "why did you pick your major", "what do you know about the company", "why would you like to work for us?", things of this nature. The interview was going well until I had mentioned the job was close to my hometown so that was a big plus. She asked which location and she said there were no jobs for that location at this time. She also told me that I was the 3rd or 4th person to recently mention that posting (ugh fake job postings...). I was still offered the job to move to Texas but I declined.
