I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SLB (Mumbai) in Sep 2013
Interview
Very thorough interview aimed at identifying key personal traits and aptitude required for a Field Engineer job. The interviewer was a seasoned manager and was extremely good at getting down to key skills required for the profile. A few years later I also recruited for Schlumberger and realized it that recruiting a Field Engineer for Schlumberger was indeed a very difficult task.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SLB (Aberdeen, Escocia) in Jan 2012
Interview
I applied to Schlumberger and within one week they got back to me inviting me up for an interview in Aberdeen. They asked me to prepare a presentation about myself that I woul have to present in front of the other interviewees as well. There was a group task assignment followed by a 1-1interview.

Interview
Applied online through the website. After one week had a phone conversation and after was invited to an interview in the office in Moscow. That was the first interview in my life. I wish I could prepare for it. There was nothing difficult at all. Just prepare and refresh your memory about some basic knowledge about mechanics and geometry before you go there.
