The Human Resource team at my time came to the college for the placement related to the job title. The selection process was such that initially the candidates had to give a presentation on respective topics which was the first round. In the second round, personal interview was taken and selection was done once the candidate cleared both the rounds.

I waited two weeks for a phone interview. Then got interviewed in person. It was a whole day process and not too technical, written exam then deaprtment head one on one
