The process started with a phone call with the talent acquisition specialist to discuss about the role in broader terms. A three stage process followed, first one with the hiring manager, followed by a member of the HR team, and lastly with the senior director. The first two stages were conducted virtually, and the final meeting with the senior director was done in person.

There were 3-4 rounds of interview, the HR was responsive and overall process was smooth. Behavioral and technical questions were asked, as well as motivational questions in particular of this position.
