Interview
HR virtual interview followed by onsite interview with the hiring manager. The conversation with the HR was pretty pleasant, HR lady seemed like a nice lady honestly. She was very upfront about the environment of an e-commerce company, which sets the expectations for candidates for the role. However, hiring manager interview was just unpleasant. Hiring manager seemed disinterested and unemotional. From the interview itself, you wouldn’t want to work for this person.
Overall from the interview the company does expect their employees to have to work long hours, which is aligned with former employee reviews on this platform.

Question 1
How would you measure the effectiveness of your campaign.
Interview process was organised, structured really well and human resource team will support you and update you promptly right after each interview. The team will reach out after each round and prep you for the next round so you know what to expect, how to manage and navigate.
Understandable and fast. 3 rounds, including case study. All my questions were answered. The interviews took 2 weeks till result, that i got an offer. But then offered was changed, because the location was changed.
seems very messy internally (not surprising as they just conducted layoffs). HR kept rescheduling interview multiple times. also asked if i would be ok with its very fast-paced nature and working OT during busy campaign periods
