Conversation with Hr, conversation with lab analysts, conversation with lab supervisor. They seem to hire based more on resume and availability rather than interview. Overall east process with little conversation pertaining to the job at hand.
I applied online. I interviewed at SGS (Markham, ON) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview was 2 parts: a written exam with calculation questions and an in person interview with the managers to talk about your skills and company. Study for the calculation questions.
The interview was pretty short, talked to the lab manager and he didn't ask a lot of questions but talked quite a bit about what they do at SGS. Overall I would say the interview was not hard, but I some of my co-workers' experience suggest differently.
