Es war ein gutes Gespräch, welches als letzten Schritt im Verfahren stattfand. Vorausgegangen war ein Teamsmeeting mit HR aus Hamburg. Beide Termine hatten eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die fachliche und soziale Komponete wurde hinterfragt. Es haben sich alle Schnittstellen der vakanten Position vorgestellt und kurz beschrieben wie bzw. welche die Zusammenarbeit mit meinem Bereich. Ein insgesamt gutes Vorstellungsgespräch.
