There was a virtual interview where you had to record answers to questions. You could practice several times, but there was a limited number of tries for the actual answer if I remember correctly. Then a member from there team called me to discuss which team I'd like to interview for based on my choices (UI/UX for me). She scheduled my actual virtual interview with live people. Through teams, I interviewed with the head of UI/UX, the hiring manager for that team, and a software developer working with that team. I was nervous, but they were all very nice and asked basic interview questions. Shortly after that (about 3 weeks I think) the original HR rep that called me to schedule the interview reached out with an offer and I accepted. She went over the rest of the process with me in detail, explaining the follow-up timeline, drug-testing (still haven't completed this part yet), and start date. It was an extremely professional and clear process, I can't wait to start!
