I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at SAS (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2016
Interview
Very disorganised and time consuming. First heard about the role on Sept 15th through a recruitment agency. W/C October 10th they ring to find my availability for a phone i'view. 10 days later on Weds 19th (after 2 'pencils' that aren't confirmed), I get a time/date for Friday 21st. Mon 24th I get a call saying they want me to go in Weds 26th for a f2f.... The next day, on Tues 25th I get a call with their sincere apologies, they don't want to see me as I'm too senior for the role, it is not a step up & I will not be challenged enough. Funny, I thought that was for me to judge not them! And all this from a company who prides itself on being one of the Top 5 Places to work for & puts their employees at the heart of what they do. Seriously bad impression created.

Question 1
Less of questions, more of a discussion highlighting the role key needs - with me identifying how my experience matched what they were looking for.
