SAS Learning & Organizational Development Specialist interview questions

I had a phone screen days after I applied. The following week I interviewed with the hiring leader. At the end of the call, he advised I was moving to the next round which included me to prepare a work sample based on a scenario his team was currently working. He informed me that the recruiter would send me the information needed. I reach out to the recruiter twice and finally received the information two weeks later. Two days later I spent 1-day of my time completing the work sample requested. I sent the file to the recruiter with no response. I followed up a week later, then sent another email a week later with no response. It's been 7 weeks since I submitted my work without SAS acknowledging they received my work or emails.
