One video interview, one technical, one panel with senior leadership. Questions are straight forward but you can tell they’re looking for a very specific subset of skills (Gen AI). I was asked to put together a presentation of a topic that I was passionate about for the panel, and after my presentation they only asked me zero questions about it. A little off putting.

Ho applicato tramite linkedin e mi hanno contattato telefonicamente. Ho avuto un colloquio HR in cui mi è stata chiesta la mia esperienza e il mio percorso di studi. Mi è stato parlato della possibilità di partecipare a dei mesi iniziali di academy negli headquarters. Dopodichè dopo oltre 4 settimane mi è stato detto che hanno preferito altri candidati

Interview
3 rounds interview, 1st round talk with HR, second round talk with head or team lead. third present a project. 20-30 min video call per interview. The first interview was pretty easy. the second one tested our skills thouroughly.
