The process was well-structured, all the participants were friendly and polite. The questions were clear. The process overall was crystal. There were several stages - with HR, with direct manager and with a team.
The interview was very basic with questions related to SQL and a englush skill test with some basic questions and conversation with the main topic being past job experiences and elaborating what was done there.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SAP (Bengaluru)

The interview was intense but rewarding. The panel asked technical questions and focused on problem-solving skills. Despite the pressure, I felt prepared and confident, and the interaction felt more like a conversation than a traditional interview.
