SAP Talent Attraction Partner interview questions

It was a 4 step interview process. Started with HR screening, an assignment and 2 interviews. I was rejected in the last interview. The biggest disappointing factor was the untimely interview feedback. I didn't get a updates until I reach out to the Recruiter after waiting for at least a week. I still don't know why I was rejected and if I can apply for the role anytime in the future after a cooling period. In short, it was a bad candidate experience. I expected better professional behaviour from a reputed organization like SAP.
