Totally biased. It was supposed to be a junior position but they were asking for every single detail about previous positions that i did not prepare as it was supposed to be a junior position. I did not remember the small details of what I was doing ten years ago.
It looked like to be an interview for a very senior position.
Another part of the interview was more about selling myself instead proving that I could do the job.
Their feedback was that I was rejected because I said that I felt more comfortable developing as I have more experience in that area, despite I let them know that I was interested and motivated for that new kind of position. They also said that the rest of candidates had experience in that field. Why they interviewed me in that case?
Feedback looks like to not being honest and they hire the people that are like the interviewer or he/she feels identified with. I complained about the feedback as it was biased and they pretend to investigate, but they were investigating themselves, so nothing happened.
