(Intern / Co-op Developer) One on site interview at the Vancouver office with one development manager and one senior developer, asked HR questions for 30 minutes followed by technical questions for another 30 minutes. Was contacted with offer shortly afterward.

Question 1
HR questions asked covered subjects such as conflict resolution, team interaction, what to do if stuck, and my experience (school and previous internship / co-op) plus a few administrative details. Technical questions involved illustrating fairly in depth knowledge of different languages (I had to compare C++ to Java and their inner workings) and some debugging problems using production example code with subtle errors.
