SAP Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Initial recruiter call Tech call with the lead engineer for an hour Behavioral with manager, VP and principal Final tech call All together 7 rounds with 7 people They mention that they are preparing offer initially and then after few days they say they found someone else. This absolutely does not make any sense. I wish they do not tell anything until final offer has been prepared. Definitely the worst hiring team I have seen

I am quite disappointed with the interview process followed at SAP Labs Bangalore. I have given 2 technical rounds on the same day, both went very well. Both the interviewer was very impressed with my overall skills. Then after taking constant followups throughout the week with a recruiter, got the feedback that the second round of interview didn’t go well. Simply can’t believe this response. This is a kind of behavior that should be avoided, also should provide detailed feedback in case they are not shortlisting, otherwise, you're simply wasting the time of good candidates. Now, I won't recommend anyone to waste their time in such companies which take the interview process very lightly.
