Position is SAP Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist - Sustainability / Environmental Health & Safety. I submitted resume. HR contacted me by email with 2-3 days. Set up a 30 minute screen via MS Teams within 3 days. By 15 minutes, was saying I had passed the screen and my application would be sent to hiring manager - but it was required I do a 2-3 minute selfie video first. Instructions for selfie video were discussed and a slide with instructions was sent to me via email. This was on a Thursday. The deadline was not mentioned but when I followed up, it was told me that the deadline was End of Day on Monday - a federal holiday that honors our soldiers who died for our country. After developing an outline for the video, I called a friend who works in HR consulting and talent recruitment to see if my outline would be good - she said she was 100% certain this was a scam request to job applicants.
