I had been in touch with a recruiter from SAP at the time who had been intersted in moving me forward in the interview process. The initial pre-screen was to check to see if I had enterprise sales experience. Nothing out of the ordinary. They moved to a second pre-screen with another more specific recruiter, asked about quota attainment, why I left previous job, what I know about SAP. Nothing overly complicated again, pretty standard interview questions. I had 2 other job offers at the time with an expiration in a few days. I used it as leverage to get a quick decision. They pulled me in to an interview with the sales manager and director onsite. Conversational type interview, we had a discussion around my experience, what i knew about the company, biggest deal closed, my sales methodology. They spent 50% of the time explaining more about the role, industry and growth potential selling me on why SAP sharing their own success stories. We ended the interview with a tour of the office, hard closed me with the Lunch On Us Card and Gym facilties and then gave me a verbal on the offer, had paperwork for pickup the next day.
