First was online assessment
Second was pair programming
Third was with the hiring manager
Lastly will be this head of department.
The process was quite seamless at the beginning until the last stage. Somehow despite not my future reporting line, the lady was my interviewer and she failed me. I guess it’s not a fit for culture because I was passionate for the role until the last stage. And I can feel that I will not get along with this person as well.
interview was very casual and fun but did not managed to answer some of the technical questions posted to me.
