I had a phone interview with two really nice ladies. At first, they told me more about themselves and their responsibilities at the department and wanted to know more about me and my experience so far. We spoke about the skills, that I have, projects, which I was working on and why I choose to become part of their team, applying for the company.

Question 1
What is your most interesting project, that you were working on? Describe it a bit!
It was very detailed and they focused more on the past experience. Technical round was easy, the focused on the fundamentals of React and UI/UX workflows, what tools can be used to document the process.

The interview went really well, starting with a smooth icebreaker. I had a great opportunity to discuss my interests, past experiences, and work in detail, making it an engaging conversation.
Interview process has firstly a recruiter interview followed by an in depth technical interview. It comprises of questions based on you past work or projects. It more conversational style of interview
