I had an initial phone call with HR, followed by a video call with the hiring manager. Next, I went into a panel interview that consisted of three 1-hour interviews with different stakeholders at the company.

I attended the first-stage interview without prior communication from a recruiter. The interview format consisted of a 40-minute presentation in which I explained two of my portfolio pieces, followed by a Q&A session to address any remaining questions within the allocated time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (München, Bavaria)

Sehr strukturierter Ablauf mit engem Kontakt zur Recruiterin. Drei Phasen: 1. Team Fit/General, 2. Technical Interview, 3. Case Presentation. Vermutlich ähnlich zu anderen Konzernen recht unpersönlicher Kontakt auf Armlänge nach Schema F. Ich hatte nach dem 2. und 3. Gespräch ein schlechtes Gefühl, das sich dann auch bestätigt hat. Der Case war meiner Meinung nach merkwürdig und realitätsfern. Vor allem für Bewerbende, die nicht schon aus Konzernen kommen schwierig.
