Phone Interview screening process- basic details of years of experience, salary requirements, possible start date, etc.
Hiring Manager Interview- Very friendly manager. Spoke about my previous experience in HR, and any additional activities I had. He was interested in candidates that did good in their studies.
Senior Management Interview- Was mainly a confirmation of my ability to speak Spanish. Also very friendly person.
