1. First round happened two months ago and i didn’t get any feedback i thought it was negative.
2. But when i am planning to join in another company before 3 days they came and told your feedback and profile very impressive so can we proceed like that from diff hr . I also given interviews in same day itself. Global leader manager is super excited to hire me and told that all your technical expertise and the profile is what we are looking so i ll ask hr to release offer immediately like that . Till here it was fine.
3. Again the moment when the first HR came in to picture he is not interested to give offer saying for 9 years in SAP its max budget is 40 including variable so you have current offer so we can’t proceed with that . Even if you ready to accept the sap offer i need to justify to business saying why this guy ignored the current offer and join with less pay like that it seems so he is not ready to hire me .
4. When technical team and global leader are interested, because of this HR behavior it’s not achievable. But when i asked the band where i fit in to what the range, he is not giving accurate band like T2 or T3 simply managing with other words .
5. When i checked the salary range for those band its close to my offer in hand value only am ready to go 2, 3 LPA low but HR not at all asking my opinion he himself decided to not give offer. But he agreed to global leader saying i ll release the offer today itself but behaving differently this side.
6. Even candidates are interested to join, HR is stopping.

Technical Team and Global leader manager and all like a gem guys. Very good in speaking and respecting people. Interviews were like a comfort discussion.
