I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2016
Interview
Interview process fairly quick, in three weeks had a technical interview with the team, had a technical test and then meet with the managers involved with the hiring. Professional atmosphere , recruiter in Montreal very helpful, personable and professional. She then called and provided me the offer, great communication and provided a lot of information for the offer. I accepted the offer on the spot, she was so nice.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAP (Guwahati) in Apr 2016
Interview
4 Rounds. 2 Technical, 1 Managerial, 1 HR. Technical Rounds had questions from C/C++ and Java.
Go through Puzzles you can find on the web.Managerial Round had questions like ' Have you ever had any disagreement with your Project Supervisor?' to which I said yes, but I also added it's always better to come to an optimal solution with which we both agree. HR round was mostly about one-on-one communication in which they check your fluency in English and how spontaneous your answer are. One day after our interview I received a confirmation mail about my selection :)
