Fast, smooth, concise and efficient process : -Got meeting proposal from Recruitment Manager in just one week from application. -Onsite technical interview in another week. -Response and contract in one more week. Recruitment Manager call was a video call with clear explanation of role, product and company. Technical interview on-site in Walldorf was with senior developer and Team Lead. Final interview call regarding doubts and further questions.

1st interview: Why you want to work here? Why you fit for this role? Why are you leaving your last job? Past expereince in technologies? 2nd interview: Intro of both sides. Last projects details. Learning capabilities (in different Tech Stack), coding challenge (20 min ): indicate how would you proceed to code following the coding and at the end correct your own code. 3rd interview with Recruitement Manager and another team lead. Normal soft skills questions (collaboration, working techniques, team work...)
