They reached out to me - I did not apply. A phone screen was scheduled. I was asked two questions, and at the end of the second question, the recruiter abruptly ended the call with a generic, "We're meeting with people this week, I'll reviewing with hiring manager..." I didn't get to ask any questions. The call lasted about 10 minutes - 15 tops with the recruiter talking almost the entire time. It's unfortunate, because the Job Description and my resume are almost an identical match.
