Interview
Very casual but had a lot of applicants going for the same position so there was pressure. I went in with a positive attitude and focused on making them laugh. I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rush Enterprises (New Braunfels, TX) in Oct 2013
Interview
They flew us to Corporate headquarters, where we had over 5 hours of interviews, 20-30 minutes a piece in each Vice Presidents office. We then were taken to lunch with the CEO, it all sounded amazing, they showed us their fancy cars, videos of their houses. Very easy to be caught up in the excitement. The process was intense, but very fair, and very to the point, trying to get to know us, and what our strengths and weaknesses, and motivations were.

I met with the head manager for my state and interviewed with him and three other managers. They then flew me to New Braunfels, Texas where I interviewed with three executives back to back. They were very nice, levelheaded people. I am waiting to hear back with a job offer, the interview was a week ago and they said they would let me know either way within two weeks.
