Royal Caribbean Group interview questions

The recruiting process was running smoothly at the beginning when the company was in a hurry, after a business case they asked me to produce they simply disappear, no feedback at all. I had to chase the Recruiter for 8 weeks until I received a rejection email. They don’t respect the time invested in a business case that is very challenging for someone working. I thought I liked the company but I cannot respect someone that cannot respect others. They offered me to “keep in contact” but I will never work for a company that has that attitude towards candidates. hopefully they will never call me again.

For a minimum wage job, I would not expect such a harsh process. I heard nothing after my interview where they told me I did great and they look forward to speaking again. It was on WhatsApp and two managers had their cameras off. Very weird vibes from the whole experience.
