1. Screening interview- Typical screening interview, asking location, most recent job, if you are willing to move, how much money you are asking for, etc. Very fast conversation.
2. Hiring Manager- Very casual, more as a conversation, which makes things a lot easier. I could tell Royal Caribbean had a nice culture from this interview, it was very apparent, not just because I asked "what is your favorite part about working here?"
3. Case Study- You are given three days to complete a case study and submit it to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You are give a few datasets, and must make a presentation answering the questions for the case study. From the questions I asked during the presentation, I think the case study project is made based on the team you are working for. They are based off of real problems the team works on, but with wrong numbers.
4. Present Case Study- This is a 45 minute call. 30 minute long conversation, and 15 minute long question time for both the panel and then for you. 4 people were on my panel, which included the hiring manager, future team members, and future skip-level.
The whole process took 3 weeks from hearing back from Talent Acquisition to receiving my offer.
