You have to at least know some dishes and service procedures. Lifting abilities. It's hard work so they need to do a medical. Literally they test you for everything: blood, x-ray, eyes, ears, reflexes, drugs... They test the knowledge of your secondary language that you listed. You have to speak it if you said you did. It was a communication level just like English so be prepared.

The recruitment process here in Ecuador took me 6 months, I had to follow instructions given by a recruiter, I had to pay $250 for a previous course need: life on board, I had to manage to survive here in ecuador without a job,...I was rise up in a big hotel here in Ecuador I had worked since I was very young in my aunt's hotel, I had more than 13 years of experience,...The interviewer who didn't speak very well English told me she had been hired just 3 weeks after she applied, my experience as an Assistant waiter was before I had graduated from college 8 years ago...but I wasn't enough.

Too much money to spend for inutile training. The process is too long. The step is not very clear, we need just to follow what the tell. The organisation is not a good service.

I was scheduled for interview but the interviewer didn't show up .my interview time was in Philippines standard time then I changed it to south Africa standard time because that is were l stay but still the interviewer didn't show up till now l am stressed
