Online application form outlining your motivations to work at the company, two online tests (maths and SJ) and then an interview at the base in Derby. The group task was easy as it was just simply coding where you were dragging arrows into place. The first interview asked you about business strategies for the company and second was technical about the engine.

Interview
There was a company presentation in the morning. Post the presentation immediately we had a technical written test which included questions from FEM and solid mechanics. The test had MCQs and two descriptive type questions.
After being shortlisted for the next round, there was a technical and behavioral interview. Two panel members interviewed me for about an hour. The result was announced the next day.
