A direct interview with both supervisors from the department. the interview consist of three sections. First is the standard self_introduction section. Second is mostly consist of technical question related to aircraft engine and materials. The third section is about critical thinking question which are open-end

The interview has four sections: company briefing, 1:1 interview, case study and group case study. 1:1 was focusing on the working experience and your potential future manger would be one of the interviewers. I found case study was a bit challenging which you will be give about 20 min to prep and then asked questions based on your proposal. I was practising group study so felt it was ok for me. Again a case will be given for you and your partner to work on together and presentation will be required at the end.
