The interview process was actually very simple. Most of the questions they asked me were behavioral based. They added one or two technical questions among the mix. After the in person interview, I had a casual phone interview with one of the senior managers so they were able to gage where my interests lie and where I would best fit and grow during my experience.

Arrived early and was seated with fellow candidates; followed by tea and coffee with the assessors and HR. Assessment process consisted of a motivational interview (including a presentation), technical interview, and a group exercise. There was also an opportunity to chat with a recent graduate. The HR staff and interviewers were affable, and the overall experience was great.
