Rolls-Royce interview questions

The process was two phone call interviews, nothing in person. The first was mostly behavioral questions, and the next more technical. Very nice employees that facilitated the interviews and no stiffness or pressure.

Arrived early and was seated with fellow candidates; followed by tea and coffee with the assessors and HR. Assessment process consisted of a motivational interview (including a presentation), technical interview, and a group exercise. There was also an opportunity to chat with a recent graduate. The HR staff and interviewers were affable, and the overall experience was great.
