I guess you could say it was a two part process. The first contact after submitting my application was a quick phone call to confirm some information, then I had a video interview with an board interview where I answered questions about the subject matter, my experience and the work environment.
I was then invited to ask any questions I might have, which I did.
I would also point out that the board was very accommodating because I missed my original scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances and were willing to reschedule me.

Describe a time when you had to take on a project with little direction from management.
One large telephone interview, behavioural at starters then becomes technical. They ask you what experiences you have and why you want to work for them. They also ask you about relevant experiences whilst working for them. Your technical interview starts as they send you a image where they talk about the structures and weak points.
