Interview
I applied and got an invitation to interview about 2 weeks later. Virtual interview with Engineering Manager and two other Engineers. Half of the interview was all STAR format behavioral questions to gauge your strengths and weaknesses, and the other half consisted of 15 minutes of technical questioning relative to the CAD software (Siemens NX) and 15 minutes for a reverse interview for you to ask questions. Overall I am rather pleased with the process and so far really like the people I've talked to thus far.

All behavioral questions were the typical "Tell me about a time when... etc". Some were kind of confusing and hard to answer, but most were to be expected.
Pleasant and easy going. Motivational interview, followed by aptitude test and ended in technical interview. Asked basic engineering questions. HR was communicative and helpful. Offer was communicated early and paper work was simple to read.
