Rolls-Royce interview questions

I unfortunately didn't get to the interview part.

1. What is your main driving factor behind your application? (E.g. Recently unemployed, Unhappy in current workplace, Recently finished education?) 2. If made an offer for this role, what Notice Period would you serve your current employer? If you’re not currently employed, what date would you able to begin a new role? 3. If selected for interview, are there any dates coming up in the near future in which you will be unavailable/on holiday etc… 4. What is your preferred working pattern e.g. On-Site, Hybrid? Dependant on this answer, do you have means to travel into Rolls-Royce Derby? 5. What Nationality & Right to Work do you currently hold? 6. What is your expected salary range for this role?
