Interview
A zoom interview in May, Zoom interview with Hiring Manager in August, Face to Face general round In banglore with Gracy and Arpit. Lol - first 2 rounds were meaningful and in the last round the panel was absolute joke. Interview lasted for an hour and for first 40 minutes all the questions asked were personal including hobbies. Last 20 minutes interviewers were telling the negatives about the company including there will be no growth in job anytime soon and all. I was wondering if they were conducting this interview to hire a candidate or if it is to make the candidate run away from the company. Next day received an email stating based on interview performance I was not selected.
