Interviewer presented themselves well. Starts with a self-introduction before going into questions about how your past experience is applicable and can aid in your contribution to the role. Remember to look at the JD and prepare well in advance.

The interview lasted an hour and included some technical questions and questions about how I work. This involved two interviewers and took place over Teams. There were no other stages, and it didn’t seem to be massively structured like some interviews with large companies.
