I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce in Jan 2011
Interview
I was informed of the assesment day via the phone a few weeks after applying for the placement online. The interview consisted of a logic assesment, a presentation, 2 individual interviews - 1 personality based, 1 business knowledge based, a group activity and a mathematics assesment. My advice to applicants is to research the position applied for, the company background and what they are doing at present, and to be confident, honest and pro-active.
