Rolls-Royce interview questions

I started with a written case study - you are given 20 mins to answer a question. Then you are given 20 mins to read about 40 pages of a fictive situation and discuss for half an hour with one of the assessors possible solutions and challenges of the company's situation. You also have to take the numerical test but this time it's on a hard-copy and not online, which is not user friendly at all - but I only answered 25 questions and I passed it. Lastly I had a self-presentation and a 1:1 interview.

Sent application through website, and then took some online psychometric tests. It took them 2-3 months to reply after the tests. Was invited to a day-long assessment centre, which involved a competency interview, a technical interview, a group exercise, psychometric tests, and a presentation about myself. Each interview took about an hour, with two interviewers, and I came out feeling quite exhausted.
