I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce in Jan 2011
Interview
I have had a good overall impression, interesting questions, friendly interviewers. However there was a really bad audio during the phone call. Time scales after the interview have not been clearly explained. Impression that the interview should have taken longer. Remember questions too specific, without experience in the sector was not possible to answer
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, Inglaterra) in Feb 2015
Interview
Online application followed by online psychometric tests on numeracy, verbal reasoning and logical reasoning. I was then called a few months later and they invited me to come along to the assessment centre in Derby. This involved a competency interview where they ask questions on their core values such as technical skills, courage and respect, common sense, breadth/awareness, influence etc. There was also an interview to assess your understanding and knowledge of the company and the role, a personal presentation, a group activity involving putting together a pitch for a new product and we had to repeat one of the original psychometric tests. We also got the chance to speak to two graduates who were in their first year of working for the company.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, Inglaterra) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview/assessment center take up roughly a whole day. Do you research into the company and put across why you want to work for them and you should be fine. Don't do what I did, ace the interview and fail the on the day maths tests because of nerves and be told you would have got the job otherwise..
